rEFUND POLICY

Digital Products Downloaded and Viewed 

The digital products are currently delivered/ and or downloaded by the Internet. After your purchase has been approved we will process the order. An order could process in less than 1 hour but could take up to 24 hours. After the order has been processed you will receive a conformation thru your email that you provided.

This conformation will serve as a receipt and will contain the necessary information to download your digital/ media product.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. However, because this is a digital product/ media goods and is being delivered via Internet if less than 5% of digital product/ media is viewed we will be happy to issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund request made after you have viewed and downloaded our digital products are handled on a case by basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund request , if any, must be made within (3) days of original receipt sent via email, email address establishing the account, first and last name are required to process your refund request.
